We only collect what we need to run the club:

Unless you object, we also use your data to send club communication, event invitations and surveys, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can object at any time by writing to hi@rallyworld.co; doing so does not affect your membership.

We use artificial intelligence tools to operate and improve the club. This may include help organizing member information, preparing match proposals, and drafting or reviewing communication and content.

Meaningful decisions about members — admissions, final matches and any sensitive matter — always go through human review by the Rally team. We do not use your data to make automated decisions without a person involved.

When we use third-party tools with AI components, we do so as part of providing the service and share only the information needed. Write to us if you want to know more.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the club — site hosting, database, authentication, email, messaging, analytics and payment processing — and only with the information needed to provide that service. Some providers may process data outside Mexico.

We may also share information when required by a competent authority or applicable law.

We keep your data while you are a member or have an active application, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax or support obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: restricted access to member information, authentication for the members area and encrypted connections on the site. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will let you know.

You can access your data, correct it if inaccurate, request deletion when you believe it is no longer needed, or object to specific uses. You can also withdraw your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise these rights, write to hi@rallyworld.co from the email you registered with, stating which right you want to exercise and which data it involves. We reply within 20 business days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact Mexico's data protection authority (INAI).

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and measure site usage in aggregate. You can block them in your browser, though the members area may stop working properly.

Rally Club is for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find a minor's registration, we delete it.

We may update this notice when our operation or applicable regulation changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date, and we will email you if the change is significant. Last updated: August 13, 2026.
