Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to rallyworld.co and to Rally Club membership, operated by Delca Ai. By applying, creating an account or joining club activities, you accept them.

Rally opens in generations with a limited number of spots. Entry is by application: we receive your request, review it personally and reply on WhatsApp. Applying does not guarantee a spot and we may decline an application without a detailed reason.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your password safe.

Membership has a monthly fee that is disclosed before we charge it. The first month of Generation 1 is complimentary; billing starts in September.

Payments cover a period and are not prorated if you leave mid-month. You can cancel anytime and your membership stays active until the end of the paid period. If the fee changes, we tell you before it applies.

We organize two gatherings per month, on Saturdays. You choose padel or brunch, and we build the groups by area, level and interests. We do not guarantee playing with specific people or at a specific venue.

Confirming your spot reserves a real place. If you can't make it, tell us in advance. Repeated no-shows may cost you priority in future matches or your place in the club.

Rally exists so people can meet. We expect respectful behavior on and off the court. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, aggressive conduct or unauthorized commercial use of the community. We may suspend or cancel a membership for such conduct, without refunding the current period.

Purchases of balls and other products follow the price, availability and shipping information shown at the time of purchase. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us and we'll fix it.

Padel is a physical activity. You participate at your own risk and confirm you are fit to do so. Rally is not liable for injuries during matches, beyond what the law requires.

The Rally brand, logo, copy, photographs and videos on this site belong to their owners and may not be used without permission. We may take photos and video at club events; if you prefer not to appear, tell us and we'll respect it.

We do our best to keep the club and the site running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the current period.
